APS Northwest Section 2025 Meeting

The Northwest Section of the American Physical Society works to facilitate community, collaboration, and discussion among members living in the Pacific Northwest (primarily Alberta, British Columbia, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming & Alaska). We encourage participation from students and physicists working in education, research, and industry.

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be sent by email by June 13, 2025, to registrar@aps.org and abs-help@aps.org if you are a presenter. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by June 13, 2025. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted on or after June 14, 2025. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
