Code of Conduct for APS Meetings

Creating a supportive environment to enable scientific discourse at APS and APS partner meetings is the responsibility of all participants. By registering, you are agreeing to abide by the APS Code of Conduct.

The conference will be held from 17 - 19 October 2014 at Southern Methodist University (SMU), a vibrant university located near the center of Dallas, Texas and in close vicinity to arts, music, and other attractions in the city and surrounding region.

All main events will be hosted in the Hughes-Trigg Student Center at SMU. In addition to the conference-provided amenities, the Student Center offers ample formal and informal social space, a coffee bar, and eateries.

(Graduation date must be after the conference date.)

  • Early Registration Extended to 10/3/2024

  • Registration closed on 10/9/2024

Cancellation Policy

No refunds after 10/7/2024. All requests for a refund must be received by 10/6/2024.
