Code of Conduct for APS Meetings

Creating a supportive environment to enable scientific discourse at APS and APS partner meetings is the responsibility of all participants. By registering, you are agreeing to abide by the APS Code of Conduct.

The 66th Annual Meeting of the APS Division of Plasma Physics (DPP) will be held in Atlanta, Georgia, October 7-11, 2024. All technical sessions will be held in the DPP headquarters hotel, Hyatt Regency Atlanta Hotel, located at 265 Peachtree NE, Atlanta, GA 30303.

Cancellation Policy

Banquet tickets are non-refundable for both pre-meeting and on-site purchases.  All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by Thursday, October 3, 2024. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by Thursday, October 3, 2024 No refunds will be granted for requests submitted on or after Friday, October 4, 2024. Submit all requests to the APS Registrar at registrar@aps.org and abs-help@aps.org if you are speaking or presenting. APS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
