Code of Conduct for APS Meetings

Creating a supportive environment to enable scientific discourse at APS and APS partner meetings is the responsibility of all participants. By registering, you are agreeing to abide by the APS Code of Conduct.

Attendance at the GEC Virtual Meeting implies consent to video recording and the possibility of its release, publication, or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, and inclusion on web sites. By registering for the GEC Virtual Conference, you release GEC, APS and hired staff assisting with the meeting, from any liability connected with publication of interviews, chat messages, question and answer dialog, computer images, and video recording.
