Code of Conduct for APS Meetings

Creating a supportive environment to enable scientific discourse at APS and APS partner meetings is the responsibility of all participants. By registering, you are agreeing to abide by the APS Code of Conduct.

The New England Section of the American Physical Society (APS NES) is excited to announce the annual Fall meeting on November 7 - 8, hosted at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. This years theme is quantum materials across length scales.

Important Deadlines:

  • Abstract submission deadline: Oct 17, 2025
  • Late Registration Fee begins on Oct 24, 2025 after 5pm ET

Cancellation Policy:

Written notice of cancellation must be received by Oct 17 to receive a refund. A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be applied to all cancellations. Cancellations after Oct 17 are not eligible for refund but can be transferred to another attendee. If the APS cancels the meeting, you will receive a full refund.
