11th Workshop of the APS Topical Group on Hadronic Physics

at the Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim CA


The 11th biennial workshop of the APS Topical Group on Hadronic Physics (GHP2025) provides great opportunities for nuclear and particle physicists to meet and discuss their common interests in hadronic interactions.

GHP 2025 is an in-person satellite workshop, preceding the APS Global Physics Summit 2025, with separate registration.

The 2025 workshop rates will be:

  •    GHP Members: USD 250 (Students USD 50)
  •    Non-GHP Members: USD 300 (Students USD 100)

NOTE: Registration fees do NOT include meals, parking fees, or transportation costs.

In addition, registrants will be able to purchase a ticket for the banquet during the payment registration.

  •    The banquet ticket costs USD 85 (Students USD 50).

Late Registration: After 3/1/2025, all fees will be increased by $20.

Cancellation Policy: All requests for cancellation after 3/1/2025 will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

To become a member of GHP

If you are an APS member, you can join GHP by clicking on the "Manage my Units". If you not a member of APS, click on the "Join Now" button on https://my.aps.org. You will need to complete any membership modifications before registering for the workshop.
