APS Global Physics Summit 2025

The American Physical Society's Global Physics Summit 2025 is a scientific research conference convening 15,000 physicists from around the world to connect and collaborate. In-person and virtual registration options are available. 

Registration rates are based on APS membership or membership in a reciprocal society. Attendees are considered a Non-Member if they do not meet those requirements.

Important Dates

The discounted early rate ends on January 31, 2025. Late registration begins on March 7, 2025.

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be sent by email by Friday, March 7, 2025, to registrar@aps.org and abs-help@aps.org if you are a presenter. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by March 7, 2025. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted on or after March 8, 2025. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
