Creating a supportive environment to enable scientific discourse at APS and APS Partner meetings is the responsibility of all participants.


By registering for an APS event, you are agreeing to abide by the APS Code of Conduct.

Price Accessibility for Less-Resourced Countries

APS is proud to offer equitable pricing for virtual attendees residing in less-resourced countries. Less-resourced countries as defined by the 2023 World Bank data. Learn more about eligibility.


Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by Friday, May 24, 2024. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by May 24, 2024. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted on or after May 25, 2024. Submit all requests to the APS registrar at registrar@aps.org and abs-help@aps.org if you are speaking or presenting. APS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
