Creating a supportive environment to enable scientific discourse at APS and APS Partner meetings is the responsibility of all participants.


By registering for an APS event, you are agreeing to abide by the APS Code of Conduct.

APS March Meeting 2024

The American Physical Society's March Meeting 2024 is a scientific research conference convening 13,000 physicists and students from around the world to connect and collaborate across academia, industry, and major labs. Join us in 2024 for an extra special week as we celebrate the 125th anniversary of APS.

Join us in Minneapolis for the in-person experience on March 3-8 or join us for the virtual meeting on March 3-8.

Registration rates are based on APS membership or membership in a reciprocal society. Attendees are considered a Non-Member if they do not meet those requirements. Lesser-Resourced Countries are based on the 2023 data provided by the World Bank.

Important Dates

The discounted early rate ends on January 18, 2024. Late registration begins on 2/23/2024.


Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by Monday, February 26, 2024. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by February 26, 2024. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted on or after February 27, 2024. Submit all requests to the APS registrar at registrar@aps.org and abs-help@aps.org if you are speaking or presenting. APS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
