APS DFD Welcomes You!

As our world transitions out of a pandemic, we must grapple with many weaknesses exposed by this crisis. At the upcoming 75th Annual Meeting of the American Physical Society’s Division of Fluid Dynamics (APS DFD), we will encourage the discussion of fluid dynamics in the context of these emergent global issues, as well as maximize the virtual experience. To this end, the Local Organizing Committee (LOC), with members from Purdue University (lead), University of Notre Dame, IUPUI, and University of Indianapolis, has established:

*A conference theme of Fluid Dynamics & the World’s Grand Challenges.

* Members of APS Reciprocal Societies may register at the Regular APS member rate only. You can complete registration online or you can fax the pre-registration form located on the meeting website.

** Student Registrants: APS student members may register for the meeting online at a discounted member rate. If you are not an APS member, you can JOIN NOW online. If you do not wish to become an APS member, you must pay non-member rates. First-year membership is free for first-time students.

Requests for cancellations will be honored through October 14, 2022, and processed minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations must be sent in writing to registrar@aps.org. After October 14, 2022, registration fees are non-refundable.
